A small, experienced team that stays close to the work.
Clients work with the people doing the analysis, making recommendations, and carrying the work through the account.
The story behind Marketplace Velocity.
Matt Earls began selling on Amazon in 2008. The work was hands-on from the start: building listings, managing inventory and advertising, and solving the operational problems that come with running an account.
He founded Marketplace Velocity in 2017 to help other brands do that work well. Matt is still heavily involved in the agency and in client strategy today.
As the agency approaches a decade in business, the team remains intentionally small, focused, and organized.

A four-person team without layers of account management.
Large agencies can move an account between sales, strategy, media, and account management departments. Our team keeps the context with the people doing the work. Clients know who is responsible and do not have to repeatedly explain the business to a new account manager.
Experienced and hands-on
A dedicated senior-level manager stays involved from data analysis and recommendations through execution.
Shared context
A backup stays current on the account, so coverage does not mean starting over with someone new.
Fewer handoffs
The people in client conversations stay close to the campaigns, catalog work, reporting, and day-to-day decisions.
